The hotel had a great location on a scenic promenade close to all attractions. the restaurant offered a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including Western, Arabic, and Indian dishes. Guests enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms, excellent bathroom quality, and friendly staff. the modern facilities, 24-hour gym, swimming pool, and beautiful view from the 42nd-floor pool on the sea were highlights of the stay.

One guest encountered poor service regarding the refund policy.

I was initially disappointed when I arrived and was told my room was downgraded. However, the hotel quickly rectified the situation and upgraded me to a suite. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a printer/fax machine for my convenience. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The indoor pool on the 42nd floor provided a stunning view of the city. I had a great stay at Four Points By Sheraton Kuwait and would highly recommend it.

The staff were excellent - reception, restaurant, etc

like all Four Points I have stayed at, the reception and communal area are tiny. I moved from the Four Points in Dubai as I could not be bothered with not having room to sit and do work in the lobby area which is something I tend to do when travelling on business. I was only in Kuwait for one night so did not require this space

We had a very comfortable stay at Four Points, with a room that had a nice view and was quiet. The breakfast was good with lots of options. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out about the complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel's location was convenient, with the National Theatre building and cafés nearby. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Kuwait.

The staff is accommodating and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with king-size beds and great views. The attention to detail is impressive, from the welcome drink after a tiring journey to the basic amenities provided. The breakfast spread is outstanding, with options for vegans and a wide variety of delicious choices.

Pro: This hotel was fantastic! I stayed for a few nights and it was one of the best experiences. The rooms were modern and clean, and the breakfast had a great variety with tasty options. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, from airport shuttle to meeting all my needs. The gym and pool area were nice and not crowded. And the pizza at the Italian restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Would recommend this hotel for families too!
